PALEO ANTIOXIDANT GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL

Paleo Green Smoothie Bowl

 

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 scoop of Restorative Blends  Armor blend
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (very good for you and gives it a flavor kick)
  • 1 banana (can sub with extra ice if doing strict low-carb)
  • 1 tsp maca


Directions:

Blend it all up until smooth and add a healthy dollop of Phat Fudge on top. Cover with sliced fruits, shredded coconut, and almonds to your aesthetic heart's content.

This isn't your conventional sweet smoothie - more like green juice hybrid. Some fresh ginger would also be rad.
