First of all, we appreciate you being loyal to Phat Fudge. We strive to be a company that gives a damn, about what we put into our bodies, about how we do business and about our legacy each and every day.

How does the subscription program work?
Subscription members sign up for a 6 or 12 pack box of Phat Fudge to be sent to them on a 1 month or 3-month basis. So each month you receive one box of either 6 or 12 packets at a discount! You can cancel any time after receiving your first three months. Members have the option to change the quantity with which they order or to put items on hold at any time.
 
Why should I get a subscription?
The subscription system is a great way to get all your Phat Fudge at a 15% discount.
 
How much does it cost?/Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees ever. You can add as many boxes as you want monthly and receive the discount on each box.
 
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can skip a month on your subscription at any time free of charge and it will resume after one month, unless you skip it again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription members can choose to cancel at any time after receiving your first three months.
 
When does my subscription end?
You can end your subscription at any time by logging into your account and pressing cancel, otherwise you will receive your Phat Fudge monthly.
 
Why has my subscription been suspended?
Your Account may have been suspended if you have changed your account or credit/ debit card details. To check your details please login to your account.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out as you place them you should receive your order within 2-7 days of ordering.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information when your shipping label has been printed, communicating your delivery for that particular month.
 
How can I change my delivery address?
In all of your order emails you’ll receive a custom link that will take you directly to your account without having to create an account, simply click on that link and it will allow you to edit your account details.
 
Does my box require a signature?
You do not need to be at your residence or sign for the box.
 
When am I billed? How does billing work?
Your card is charged once a month, same day as when you order it. If for instance you place your initial order on July 9th you’ll be billed on July 9th, and will be rebilled August 9th.
 
Can I apply multiple discount/promo codes to the same order?
Some of our discount coupons in circulation automatically apply to subscriptions but not all. If they apply the coupon will discount the first order only. All subsequent orders will charge regular subscription price. 
 
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely. Can we get on your gifting list? Just don’t forget to give separate billing and shipping address and pay via a debit or credit card during checkout.
 
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is incredibly simple. Just head to our Learn more page, select your preferred 6-pack or 12-pack, click “Add to cart” – then “view your cart” and place your order by entering your delivery information and payment details.
 
What is my username?
Accounts will be optional but recommended for subscriptions. If you don't create an account you can still access and manage your subscription via link in the email. Your username is your full email address, example@email.com.
 
Are there requirements for passwords?
Passwords must consist of at least eight characters, one capital letter and one number.
