Phat Fudge Ice Cream with a kick? Yes please!
It's hot and sunny here in Venice, California, which means it's the perfect weather for ice cream. 🍦
Now what if we told you this ice cream was actually good for you? Aaaaand it doesn't taste like bananas.

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
- 1 packet of Phat Fudge
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 can full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 TB cacao
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp each: ground coffee + vanilla + cayenne 🌶
Mix all ingredients in a food processor / blender and freeze until firm. If you have a proper ice-cream maker, you can use that too!
TIP: Freeze your ice cream in ice cube trays. Then pop out the cubes into a ziploc bag and keep in the freezer. That way whenever you're ready to enjoy it, simply pop the cubes into the blender/processor until it gets nice and creamy again.
